Our Sparkling Reserve 2015 is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, made in the traditional method and matured for 72 months on the lees, to give a rich fruity wine packed with baked spiced apple, lemon rind, butter pastry and white truffle characteristics.
Paired with Salcombe Dairy's Dark Chocolate With Sea Salt. Their bean-to-bar chocolate is made with 72% Peruvian cacao and sea salt. The addition of the sea salt contrasts with the rich, fruity notes of the cacao bean to create a sophisticated chocolate.
