Made with reserve wine from the 2012 and 2013 harvests, this wine is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, produced in the traditional method and left to mature on the lees for 72 months.
This wine is rich and developed with baked apple strudel, sweet pastry, baking spice and white truffle aromas. The palate is dry with a delicate mousse and flavours of spiced cooked apple, biscuit, and dried lemon.
