Sharpham New Release 2024

One of the first wines (if not the first wine) to be released each year in the UK, this is one of just a handful of English nouveau alternatives. Produced in only six weeks from vine to bottle, this youthful wine is packed with vibrant fruit characters of peach melba, lemon sherbet and elderflower, with a mouth-watering acidity and gentle spritz on the finish. We recommend drinking this wine young while it's at its best, for a true taste of the 2024 vintage.

Due to the short process and young age, this wine maybe contain sediment due to a very light filtration.

Wine Making

From vine to bottle in just 6 weeks, our white alternative to Beaujolais Nouveau is released on the 3rd Thursday of November each year. We focus on 'free run' juice that gets fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. Almost as soon as the ferments have finished, the wine is carefully blended and bottled in time for early release.
