A ripe, fruit-driven white we’ve been making for over 40 years. Naturally fermented in stainless steel with a touch of barrel ageing. White peach, pear, yellow apple and lemon thyme lead into a soft, rounded palate with a gentle spice on the finish.
A blend of free run and pressed juice fermented in stainless steel tanks before being carefully blended. We also mature 10% of the blend in old French oak barrels for three months.
