Sharpham Classic Cuvée Rosé 2021

Our new sparkling rosé is dry and easy-drinking with aromas of raspberry, strawberry and peach yoghurt, with some subtle bready characters from the 12 months maturing on the lees. The wine is full and rounded with red apple summer pudding flavours, lifted by a lively fizz and focused acidity.

Wine Making

Whole berry pressed at a tonne at a time, followed by racking to ferment at 14.5 degrees centigrade until dry. The wine then matures over the winter before being blended in preparation for bottling in the traditional method and spending 12 months on the lees and two years under cork.
