This is part of our new single vineyard range, sourced exclusively from our East Field vineyard, where the fruit shows a distinctive character and depth.
Naturally fermented and matured in old French oak — some of it under flor — this is our more oxidative take on Pinot Blanc. Hand-picked fruit, long press exposure and 22 months in barrel bring richness and complexity while preserving freshness.
Expect aromas of bruised apple, lemon pith and bread crust. The palate is layered with red apple, cinnamon and a touch of salinity, giving it a savoury edge and a long, textured finish.
