Made from whole-bunch pressed Pinot Noir, 35% of the base wine is matured in old French oak before undergoing second fermentation in bottle. It then rests on lees for a minimum of 16 months, building texture and depth.
Dry and lively, it’s packed with concentrated strawberry fruit and a creamy richness from extended lees ageing. Rounded and bright, with crisp acidity and a fine, energetic mousse.
