Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from our finest parcels, it’s naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts in second-fill French oak barrels, where it rests for 10 months on gross lees.
Raspberry-gold in colour, it opens with delicate aromas of rhubarb, orchard fruits and baked apple. The palate is dry and precise, with tart red berry flavours and subtle autolytic notes of puff pastry and baked bread.
