Made from 60% skin-contact, barrel-matured Pinot Gris and 40% Madeleine Angevine aged in stainless steel, the blend was then matured for 24 months in old French oak, with some under flor.
Rich and oxidative, it’s layered with baked apple, bruised apricot and nutty depth, balanced by freshness and grip.
Part of our Don’t Feed The Ponies range, this wine celebrates the wilder side of winemaking — and supports Dartmoor’s roaming ponies with 25p from every bottle going to the Dartmoor Preservation Association.
