Our cider is made in the traditional method and consists of apples, apples and some more apples. Nothing else. Lightly sparkling with crunchy, earthy apple characters and some gentle tannin.
100% Estate Apples – When we moved to the Sandridge Barton Estate, we inherited a couple of orchards. Rather than let the apples go to waste, or fall to the hands of Devon’s notorious ‘Scrumpers’, we thought we’d put them to good use.
