When we moved over to our Sandridge Barton vineyard, we also inherited a couple of old orchards, so thought it silly not to try our hand at some Cider making! Our Cider is made on the traditional method with only apples from our estate.
We've gone for the classic ploughman's pairing and included a wedge of Quickes traditional clothbound mature cheddar, aged for 12 months alongside 2 x bottles of our Don't Feed The Ponies Cider 2021.
