We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our web site but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the original delivery date cannot be met, you will be contacted by Sharpham Wine & Cheese and offered the option to cancel your order.
We use a national courier service (DPD, with Parcelforce and Royal Mail Special Delivery in some cases). Our standard shipping charge is £9.50. We offer free delivery on all orders over £150.00.
During checkout, we'll ask you for a delivery day - so if this matters, choose the day you'd prefer (Tues-Fri). Or - you can put 'any' or 'asap' (as soon as possible). If there's something you particularly want and we're out of stock, that might delay us a few days.
